You need to see this show. Its that simple , go get it now from netflix or blockbuster and start watching it.

Its a showtime original, 2-disc short season, I think 12 episodes. Anyways, follows the life of a writer (David Duchovny) whose book was turned into a movie and became a sensation so now he moves to Hollywood with his fiance and daughter to ‘live the dream.’ Notice I used quotes. That is the backstory but at the time where this show picks up the fiance is now an ex and has moved on while our main character is living a different kind of lifestyle.

David is fan-tastic as a sarcastic womanizer with a penchant for young attractive girls, which gets him in trouble more than once. But he is also a father and strides that line between two lives very … badly. I’m going to leave it there so I don’t risk giving anything away.

My Rating : One of the few shows I have given 5 stars. Its hilarious and interesting. I can not wait for season 2.
